Generalised System of Preferences (GSP)
This service allows you to apply for a Generalised System of Preferences (GSP) Certificate of Origin, an official document that facilitates access to reduced customs duties for goods that are exported from Dubai to specific countries. The certificate is used to prove that the exported products originate from the UAE and comply with criteria set under GSP agreement.
Service Procedure

Access services portal
Click 'Start Service' to create your account or log in to the Dubai Chambers services portal.

Submit your application
Follow the instructions to submit all required documents.

Approval process
Your request will be reviewed and approved within two hours of submission if it meets all the requirements.
- 4
Payment and confirmation
After paying the fees, you will be prompted to download your certificate.
Beneficiaries
- Dubai Chamber of Commerce members can apply for this service.
Service Requirements
- Your exported shipment should meet the following criteria to avail the GSP service:
- Product Origin:
- Product should be a UAE-origin Product.
- Destination Country:
- Your shipment should be exported to one of the listed countries in the application.
- Documentation:
- If you hold an Industrial license, a copy of the commercial invoice is required.
- If you hold a Commercial license, a copy of the commercial invoice and a copy of purchase invoice from UAE-based factory are required.
